Due to the fact that our father was in assisted living facility. It took a little over a year to decide to sell. Timothy De Young kept in touch but never pressured us knowing the emotions we were going through. When the decision to made to sell Timothy De Young hit the ground running. We met at the house to do an initial walk through to decide on how best to market our house. With in a week Timothy De Young had a game plan on things we should do before listing. The day Timothy De Young listed our house there was overwhelming response to view our house. We believe due to Timothy De Young's professionalism we sold our house in four days. Also sold for well above what it was listed for. Without hesitation I will recommend Timothy De Young to anyone to be their representative on your sale or buying needs.
